 PRODUCT DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Shipping costs are not included in the product price, and are borne by the buyers, unless it is explicitly stated otherwise. Delivery time is set on a case by case basis.
  2. By placing products in your order basket, you can see your order’s shipping cost. The shipping cost is not standard, but varies depending on your location, as well as the size and weight of your order.
  3. In case the product is not immediately available for shipment, the order will remain pending and our company will keep you informed about the expected availability date, the substitution or cancellation of the order.
  4. The address specified by the buyer must be real and valid. In case the buyer is absent from the address he/she has specified, or his/her address details have changed, the buyer is responsible for notifying the company in a timely manner, in order to organize the shipment to the correct address. Otherwise, the buyer will bear the additional shipping cost.
  5. In contracts where the supplier sends the products to the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer when he or a third party who is defined by the consumer and is different from the carrier has acquired the physical possession of the goods. However, the risk is transferred to the consumer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier, subject to the consumer's rights to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the consumer to transport the goods and that option was not offered by the supplier.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/RETURN POLICY

  1. According to distance selling regulations (eg via the Internet), you may return a product and ask for a refund by notifying us in writing via the contact form https://www.e-gsamaras.gr/return-products-form or by calling Customer Service at +30.2310.463388 or fax it to +30.2314.410113 within 20 calendar days of the date of receipt of the product. If you order a batch of products, the deadline starts to run when you receive the last product in the batch. Finally, in the event of purchase of digital content that is not stored on a fixed basis, the deadline starts to run on the date of conclusion of the contract. By requesting withdrawal, you are obliged to return the product to us in its original state (as new) in which it was delivered to you or to provide us with clear evidence that you have shipped it safely within 20 calendar days. Within the same deadline we are obligated to refund any amounts you have paid us using the payment method you have chosen. In the event that you have paid with a credit card, we will immediately issue an order to the issuer of the card. However, we are not responsible for any delays in your refund that are not due to us.
  2. We shall not be liable and will not indemnify the buyer in case we determine that any claimed defects in the products were caused by misuse, abuse, vandalism, neglect, improper handling, installation or shipment, unauthorized repair, purchase from an unauthorized source, alteration or accident or damage due to the elements or similar causes not within the control of Seller or its authorized supplier.
  3. In any case, to be eligible for a return, the Products should be in the same condition as delivered, sealed and intact in their original packaging, along with the original purchase invoice. It is clarified that the shipping costs for returning the product are not covered by G. SAMARAS S.A. and are incurred by the buyer.
  4. Indicatively, the right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:
  5. if the service is provided in full within 20 days. The right to cancel can be lost during the cancellation period if the service is provided in full before the 20 days elapses.  
  6. products that the entrepreneur has established in accordance with the consumer’s specifications
  7. products that after delivery, because of their nature, are inextricably intertwined with other elements
  8. contracts according to which the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the supplier with a view to carrying out emergency repairs or performing maintenance work. If, in the event of such visit, the supplier provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or goods in addition to the spare parts compulsorily used during maintenance or repairs, the right of withdrawal shall apply to such additional services or goods.
  9. In the case of purchases of devices including software that is activated after a trial period of which the consumer is aware and within which the consumer must either withdraw or accept the product and software, the withdrawal shall not apply if that trial activation time has elapsed without the relevant right having been exercised.
