  • You can pay for your order as follows:

    By deposit/wire transfer to our Company’s bank account You may, if you prefer, pay for your purchases by depositing/transferring the money in our bank account.

  • All orders are shipped within a period specified by the supplier, depending on the availability of the product. In any case, we will confirm your order by phone or email in order to avoid mistakes or omissions as well as to keep you informed about the exact way and cost of shipping.

    1. If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped yet, you can call 2310.463388 and one of our partners will cancel your order.
    2. After receiving the product, call us at 2310.463388 or contact us via the contact form explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. One of our partners will assist you immediately and will inform you of all your options.
  • If the product does not meet the customer's needs or is defective, there is the possibility of returning the product to our company, in which case you will be entitled to a refund or a credit if you want to buy something else.

    The return must be made within twenty (20) days from the date of issue of the purchase order.

    The packaging should not be damaged and the product must be in its original condition.

    Shipping costs are borne solely by the customer.

    Please fill in the relevant form explaining the reasons for returning the product, and if a sales invoice has been issued (and not a retail receipt), the returned product must be accompanied by a consignment note.

  • We provide full warranty of two (2) years for all our products, according to the terms of each manufacturer. Proof of Purchase is required for warranty consideration and must be sent in with the product.
