Aiming to continuously improve the services provided by G.SAMARAS S.A., our company proceeded, through thorough analysis and based on the company’s needs, to the implementation of a Quality Assurance Management System, adapted to the requirements of the aforementioned International Standards, according to which the following are guaranteed :

In order for this Quality Assurance Management System to work properly, the Board of G.SAMARAS S.A. is fully committed to review, develop and adapt this Quality Policy to the company's needs and strategic planning and to meet the relevant quality objectives. Special emphasis is also put on the development and maintenance of excellent infrastructure and a high level of human resources, who is encouraged to:

• Stay fully informed about the company's Quality Assurance Management System and undertake all necessary actions to assure its implementation, under the supervision and guidance of the Management and the Quality Management Officer
• Comply with the requirements of the Quality Assurance Management System
• Contribute to the improvement of its effectiveness, providing all the means for its continuous development

This Quality Policy is kept up to date, communicated to staff and available to relevant interested parties.

This policy of the integrated Quality - Environment - Health and Safety at Work Policy must be observed by all employees and external associates (consultants and contractors) of G.SAMARAS S.A. in order to enhance and support long-term cooperation.
